Payment Terms
All invoices are payable upon receipt. A 1.5 percent service charge is payable on all overdue balances, every 10 days thereafter. Payments will be credited first to late payment charges and next to the unpaid balance. Client shall be responsible for all collection or legal fees necessitated by late or default in payment. Designer reserves the right to withhold delivery and any transfer of ownership of any current work if accounts are not current or overdue invoices are not paid in full. All grants of any license to use or transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights under this Agreement are conditioned upon receipt of payment in full which shall be inclusive of any and all outstanding Additional Costs, Taxes, Expenses and Fees, Charges or the costs of Changes.
Refund Policy
FMA Graphics is committed to meeting or exceeding the expectations of the Client, providing the best possible design services for their business or business project. For this reason, at any time BEFORE receiving your first round of revisions, you may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less a minimum 50% service fee for time spent on the project). This refund policy is rendered COMPLETELY VOID if any of the following conditions apply: The Client has proceeded with the revision process; If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days; If the company we are servicing closes, changes their name or their activity; If the project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design. Once you have proceeded with the revision process, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, FMA Graphics offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee through unlimited revisions of your design until you approve of your final design (turnaround time may vary, fees may apply). FMA Graphics is not responsible for technological delays beyond our immediate control. If your spam-blocker blocks our emails from reaching you, or if you do not provide a valid email address where you can be reached, FMA Graphics reserves the right to conclude your project at any time, with or without a refund, which will be at the sole discretion of FMA Graphics management team. If deemed qualified for a refund, your refund will be applied in form of a credit towards your account with FMA Graphics for future design only services. This credit will be redeemable for 90 days from the date applied.
